How we handle your operator data.

What we collect
Operator-state data from tools you connect (scoped to least-privilege tokens), work-item history, approval logs, strategy conversation history, and the email address you provide. We do not sell operator data. We do not train third-party foundation models on your data.
How we store it
Encrypted at rest. Per-operator isolation. Scoped tokens revocable by you at any time. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap for month 6 of paid operation.
Deletion and export
You can export your full operator-state graph as JSON and delete your workspace from Settings. Deletion is honored within 30 days; some audit records are retained for legal compliance (tax filings, approval gates).
Subprocessors
We use model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS), and licensed partner APIs for regulated actions (entity formation, tax filings, payroll). A complete subprocessor list will ship with the final policy.
