What Keel is
An operator platform that reads data from tools you connect, drafts work on your behalf, and executes actions you approve. We are not a law firm or a CPA. Regulated actions are performed by licensed partners (entity formation, tax filings, payroll) whose terms apply alongside ours.
Approvals are yours
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action Keel takes that moves money, files with a government, cancels a service, or cannot be reversed. Keel does not auto-execute those actions without explicit operator consent or an explicit pre-approval policy you set on the Expand tier.
Billing
Strategy tier is free. Launch, Run, and Expand tiers are billed monthly or annually. Cancel any time. Data export and workspace deletion available from Settings.
Warranty
Keel is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable; today's agents are not perfect, and approval gates on every irreversible action are how we handle that honestly.
